Step aboard our 45-ft modern medical bus. This bus is equipped with a private bathroom, an exam room, three sinks and four exam chairs. Our mobile unit “Lady Bird” is able to perform all services aboard.

We offer Department of Transportation Physicals by a certified Medical Examiner. Please make sure to bring all medications and appropriate documents to your visit.
DOT Commercial Driver’s License Physicals
Drivers of commercial motor vehicles must obtain regular physical examinations under federal law. These will detect any potential hindrances that could impact the driver’s ability to safely operate commercial vehicles.
Appointments are $150 which include a urinalysis.
